Project PATH
Responsible Immigration and Visa Accountability
Every mission of peace must also be a mission of stewardship. In a world shaped by movement, migration, and global connection, we are called to welcome others with compassion and to safeguard the integrity of the systems that make that welcome possible. Project PATH was born from that same conviction — that peace and responsibility are not opposites, but partners.
What Is Project PATH?
Project PATH (Pre-Authorization and Tracking for Humanity) is a citizen-led concept for creating a fair, transparent, and humane way to verify lawful travel and visa compliance in the United States.
It’s a proposal that uses technology already in place — airline ticketing, TSA verification, and Customs and Border Protection databases — to confirm when travelers leave the country, ensuring honesty, security, and compassion all work together.
Through this framework, travelers are treated with dignity while the nation’s laws are respected and upheld.
A Vision for Responsible Stewardship
The goal of Project PATH is simple: to make immigration accountability both efficient and merciful. By confirming lawful departures automatically, the system would:
✔ Prevent unnecessary visa overstays
✔ Reduce the strain on public resources
✔ Strengthen national integrity without adding red tape
✔ Build trust in an immigration system that values both fairness and welcome
This is not about politics — it’s about stewardship, order, and peace. Just as the Gospel teaches us to love the stranger, it also calls us to act wisely and justly in how we care for one another and for the society we share.
Faith and Public Responsibility
The Spiritual Peace Project believes faith should shape more than our hearts; it should also inform how we live, serve, and build communities that reflect truth and charity.
Project PATH is one expression of that belief — a bridge between the moral principles of the Gospel and the civic structures that guide our nation.
To be a people of peace means to act with compassion and with integrity. Responsible immigration is not merely a matter of borders; it is a reflection of how we honor the dignity of every person while caring for the common good.
A Call to Conversation
Project PATH invites dialogue — among lawmakers, faith communities, and everyday citizens — about how we can create systems that are just, efficient, and humane.
It asks one question that transcends politics:
How can we protect both people and principle at the same time?
That question is at the heart of the Spiritual Peace Project: seeking peace not only in prayer, but in policy, in service, and in the way we care for one another.
Taking the Next Step
The Spiritual Peace Project believes that faith and civic responsibility work hand in hand. Following the release of this concept, Project PATH has been formally shared with Nebraska’s federal representatives and the Governor’s office for their review and consideration.
This proposal was submitted with the hope of inspiring bipartisan discussion on responsible immigration reform — one rooted in stewardship, fairness, and compassion for all.
