I am a bonded and insured Nebraska Notary Public and an Accredited Notary Public for the Consulate General of the Philippines in Chicago, who represents clients professionally and ethically, and I guarantee the accuracy of my work.
I will travel to your office, borrower’s home or agreed-upon meeting place at your convenience, and I am also available for loan signing and notary services in my own home by appointment only. I specialize in Last Will and Testament and Power of Attorney for shut-ins or elderly individuals who can not leave their home to get these items notarized. My services are free, all I ask is a minimum donation for travel and/or time. You may inquire about this donation at the time you request the appointment.

An acceptable ID is that which is current or has been issued within five years, contains a photograph and description of the person named on it, shall be signed by the person, shall bear a serial or other identifying number, and in the event that the document is a passport, it should have been stamped by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service.
